BabyBlue: I just got an email from the San Diego Street Scene people and the event is scheduled for July 29 and 30. Social Distortion always do street scene.

Yes, they've moved Street Scene to the last weekend in July. Not only that but I understand this year it's going to be at Qualcomm Stadium, not downtown as it's always been. I've heard that The Pixies and The White Stripes are supposed to appear - though not confirmed, but you can check this website to see who has confirmed:

it was at Qualcomm stadium last year wasnt it? I remember last year 2 major changes occured.....the timing and the location. I think the gaslamp district is what makes the street scene what it is.
